What is your return/exchange policy?
I want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you're not happy with your swimwear or apparel, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. Because I am a small business and just starting, I cannot provide a return label, but will ship you back a piece for free if you need to exchange. For returns you will be refunded for the item fully. For exchange or returns, the ready-to-ship pieces and vintage pieces have to be in the same condition as received. Please note that customized pieces may not be refundable but I will try to find a solution for you.
Can I request a custom design or modification?
Absolutely! I love working on custom designs and modifications to create a swimwear piece that perfectly aligns with your preferences. Please contact me through the provided contact information or specify your request in the notes section during checkout. I will be in touch to discuss the details and provide you with options and pricing, if applicable.
What if I need help with sizing?
You can find a size guide in the photos with every product and in my instagram highlights. I also take your true/usual size and measurements for every Made-to-Order order in the description box. Our sizing runs true to size. I understand that finding the right fit is super important. If you are still unsure, I'd be happy to assist you in determining the correct size. Feel free to reach out to me with your measurements or any specific concerns. I'll be able to provide personalized guidance to help you find the perfect fit.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I offer international shipping. I believe that everyone should have access to my swimwear, regardless of their location. During the checkout process, you'll be able to select your country, and shipping costs will be calculated accordingly. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! You can purchase a gift card in the ready to ship section. There are three different options for gift cards: Regular swimsuit, Reversible swimsuit, Reversible & Customize.
